We have received an advance payment of Rs 20000/- (Twenty thousand)only torwards the oforesaid products on Dec 14' 2013. The balance payment of Rs 1,32,000 was supposed to be handed over to us ofter the said delivery thereof.

But unfortunatelymore than 21\2 months have passed by and we have not yet received the balance payment.

Repeated phone calls and reminder letters are falling on deaf ears. We are very aggrieved with the outcome of the said transaction with your organisation.
