Sir,

This is for your information that this is my third reminder letter to your regarding releasing the payment for the Consignment No. 56032 being software products,delivered by our company to you on December15'2013.

We have received an advance payment of Rs 20000/- (Twenty thousand)only torwards the oforesaid products on Dec 14' 2013. The balance payment of Rs 1,32,000 was supposed to be handed over to us ofter the said delivery thereof.

But unfortunatelymore than 21\2 months have passed by and we have not yet received the balance payment.

Repeated phone calls and reminder letters are falling on deaf ears. We are very aggrieved with the outcome of the said transaction with your organisation.

This is my last reminder letter to you, please arrange to release the oforesaid payment to us at the earliest. Further delay,might complicate the matters for your organisation as we intend to initiate strict legal action for the said default in payment.

Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
